I am a Certified Relationship Coach, Student Mentor, Youth Violence Prevention and Empowerment Speaker for girls and young women. Having experienced the traumas of emotional, verbal and physical abuse as a teenager and young adult, this led to cycles of toxic relationships. These relationships left me feeling broken,unworthy, empty and always asking the question "Am I EVER going to be good  enough?"  After going through such traumatic and life changing experiences and finally being able to share my story, I found that there are so many women and young women like myself, who were suffering in silence.  Dating Violence exists and it's REAL!!! That is why it is my mission to END THE SILENCE and bring awareness- in order to prevent dating violence before it even starts!! Healthy, functional and loving relationships DO EXIST and we have to get back to normalizing them. Because relationships are supposed to be LIFE GIVING not LIFE TAKING!!
